Roles & Responsibilities

· Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent.

· Good experience in payroll process.

· Regional payroll experience is advantageous.


Our client is an established ship management MNC. They are looking for a dedicated Admin & HR professional to join their team.


Key Responsibilities:

· Salary Administration (Giro for salary, CPF submission, IR8A).

· Prepare accruals for manpower related costs.

· Prepare Manpower Report (including branch office), Update of Personal particulars & Crisis Chart.

· Enrolment of Corporate card for eligible staff.

· Leave administration.

· Compile statistic for surveys.

· Assist in preparation of Budget for manpower cost.

· Support Overseas offices on HR matters.

· Any other jobs related to HR and back up for HR related duties & Ad Hoc projects.


Job Requirements:

· Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent.

· Well versed with MS Excel for preparing of HR reports and budgets.

· Good experience in payroll process.

· Meticulous, able to work under tight deadlines and fast-paced environment.

· Strong knowledge in Employment Act and industry practices.


Other Information:

· Location: Harbourfront

· Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications.
