Roles & Responsibilities

Job Overview

Assist Store in-charge to oversee the daily store operations in areas like achieving store KPI, lead and

motivate junior staff. Function as a brand ambassador, exemplifying the DNA of Christian Louboutin,

forge meaningful relationships with clients. Possesses stronger product and customer service

knowledge.


Duties & Responsibilities includes

  • Achieve store sales target and maximise profitability, includes upsell and cross-sell products
  • Ensure customer support and engagement, and assist Store in-charge in managing customers’ expectations and complaints
  • Ensure the store cleanliness with an organised appearance at all times
  • Ensure proper sales and accounting for money, cashier transactions and other payment services
  • Participate in stock-take, replenish and arranging products and assisting to ensure operational and executional efficiency within the store
  • Supervise, coach and coordinate activities of junior staff and ensuring their efficiency at the store
  • Overseeing new hires, conduct training, assist in administrative functions for the store when needed
  • Performing the responsibilities of the Store in-charge whenever he/she is not around
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders where needed

  • 5 years or above related experience in retail/luxury retail in which 2 years in supervisory level
  • Pleasant, outspoken, enjoy client serving with good sense of fashion
  • Presentable, organized, energetic, result-focused
  • Possesses client developing and retention skills set
  • Enjoy working in high paced environment and able to multi-task with daily responsibilities
  • Dependable and self-motivated with positive attitude and a team player
  • Good interpersonal skills with an eye for detail
