Store Supervisor

To assist Store Manager/Area Supervisor in handling and overseeing all the day-to-day processes that are carried out in the store, manages the inventory, salespeople, visual merchandising, sales and staff efficiency, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Assist or manage retail store operations with excellence and to ensure daily operations are in compliance with Company policy, procedures and retail SOP.
- Manage stores performance and growth according to objectives with support of team
- Deliver retail sales, KPIs & CRM according to company target and objective.
- Ensure store visual merchandise is compliance to company SOP and store condition is aligned with company direction and expectation.
- Ensure staff board is updated on daily basis.
- Lead and communicate effectively with retail team, coaching and training.
- Responsible in staff zoning at selling floor and ensuring ownership and responsibility of the area that associates are assigned too.
- Increase staffs’ product knowledge and customer service skills by initiate certain activities or training.
- Managing and take ownership of inventory management and ensure effective daily stock count is performed, daily stock count reconcile with POS inventory and to take appropriate measure to minimize stock loss;
- Responding to customer complaints, make sound judgement and take the appropriate action to resolve the complaints speedily and professionally.
- Organizing special promotions, VM displays, events and dealing with sales as and when required.
- Plan effective training for new joiners and ensuring that they are properly assimilated and guided during their probation period.
- Roster-based, on-shift duty required during public holidays to align retail store's needs.

CREATIVITY: Possess high degree of fashion trends, lifestyles, competitors and media. Ability to identify problem, provide an in depth perspective of the problem and solution to solve it. Generate ideas through creative thinking and critical evaluation.
TEAMWORK: Builds good working relationships; collaborates toward deadlines and deliverables. Able to communicate effectively across the team and organization.
ORGANIZING: Works according to defined schedules and deadlines; takes direction well and able to work with high accountability; manages own work and tracks progress. Seeks out resources to get things done; able to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
ENVIRONMENT: Ability to work in fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NITEC, any field.
- Great passion for the retail fashion industry and sales aggressive
- Excellent people/ interpersonal skills
- Independent and self-motivated
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in supervisory position in fashion apparel category
