Get to Know theRole

Reporting to Head ofBusiness IT Solutions this role plays an important role in leadingand managing a team of external Business analysts, solutionarchitects and developers with an exciting journey to enhance ourSalesforce platform and improve customer experience & adoption.You will need a strong background in product delivery management,Agile / Iterative methodologies, Salesforce (out-of-the-boxstandard functionality and custom solutions) with proven experiencein managing and delivering Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, MarketingCloud, Pardot and Community Cloud modules. Experienced leaders whohave managed delivery of Salesforce solutions for globalorganisations should apply here.

This role willbe on-site and based inSingapore.

The Critical Tasks YouWill Perform
  • End-to-end ownership of single or multiple businesses forquality delivery & support
  • Experience inbusiness analysis, and technology implementation in full life-cycleCRM/Salesforce engagements
  • Technical expertiseand guidance in development of design and functionalspecifications
  • Manage project plan, teamutilization & risk management. Experienced in Salestransformation program that contribute to direct impact to businessgrowth
  • Analyse functional and technicalrequirements & maintain required documentation
  • Take ownership and documentation of enhancements or newfeatures in collaboration with the business analysts andarchitects
  • Maintain feature or applicationintegrity throughout development, testing and productionstages
  • Comply, guide and manage softwaredevelopment lifecycle (SDLC) methodology and governancestrategies


Qualifications

WhatEssential Skills You Will Need
  • At least 8+ years of experience in leading & managingmultiple Salesforce projects including integrations with thirdparty applications / platforms
  • Experiencebuilding, managing, and fostering a team-orientedenvironment
  • Demonstrable experience inbuilding enterprise SaaS products, specificallySalesforce
  • End-to-end ownership of single ormultiple businesses for quality delivery & support
  • Own and drive the vision/strategy/roadmap/development forindustry specific solutions
  • Strong stakeholdermanagement skills in aligning with the vision of the product,prioritizing features and capabilities.
  • Ability to work in a team of other product managers whohave dependencies and vice versa.
  • Agile and/orIterative methodologies for project / productdeliveries..
  • Good exposure to CI/CD platforms,statistical code analysis tools and deployment activities likeGitlab, Copado,Jenkins, Ant tooletc.
