DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary responsibility of a Solutions Architect is to leverage a blend of business insight, industry knowledge, and extensive technical expertise to work with customers in developing and executing strategies that lead to optimal virtualized infrastructure or Cloud solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Architect infrastructure and cloud solutions tailored to meet the customer's business objectives.
  • Deliver assessment and consulting services to customers, providing expert guidance on cloud and infrastructure optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (IFF/partner account teams) to identify and pursue prospective infrastructure and cloud opportunities.
  • Translate business requirements into technical architectures, methodologies, and actionable solutions.
  • Assist in validating the compatibility and viability of infrastructure and cloud solutions with the original architecture and design.
  • Work closely with System Integrators, partners, and vendor organizations to design comprehensive end-to-end hybrid cloud solutions.
  • Build and foster relationships with vendors, partners, and customers to ensure successful collaboration and solution delivery.
  • Advocate for Hybrid Cloud Adoption by participating in customer/vendor briefings, events, and speaking opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver tailored, on-site technical courses to partners and customers, sharing expertise and promoting cloud adoption.
  • Participate in additional projects or tasks as assigned.

Experience

  • 5+ years supporting customers in Cloud (AWS or Azure preferable)

Required Certifications:

  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or Professional
  • Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
