As a Banking Relationship Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in the dynamic team, fueled by passion for maximizing new business opportunities and nurturing existing customer relationships. We uphold integrity, collaboration, and innovation as pillars for individual and team success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct professional financial analysis and profiling sessions to understand and address customer needs and objectives.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships through regular updates on financial products and market trends.
  • Develop monthly plans to meet sales targets and drive new business acquisitions.
  • Participate in marketing and promotional activities to attract prospective clients.
  • Source and engage individual prospects to expand our client base.
  • Provide efficient after-sales services and oversee client retention efforts.
  • Organize and deliver compelling sales presentations to various organizations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage referrals and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all relevant regulations and anti-money laundering procedures.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Tertiary education and relevant CMFAS papers.
  • Prior experience is advantageous but not required; candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
