Roles & Responsibilities

Assist the Manager in improving performance and ensuring high service quality across call centres through regular call and email quality audits and patient feedback evaluations. Identify tasks and processes that can be optimized or automated using technology solutions.

  • Champion the adoption and effective use of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system as a key objective.
  • Ensure proper documentation of call centre workflows and develop Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to automate routine tasks.
  • Engage in workgroups and projects to drive positive change and contribute to creating a joyful workplace.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience with automation tools like Blue Prism and UiPath is a plus.
  • Strong passion for improving operational efficiency through process optimization and automation to drive productivity.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly meticulous, proactive, and able to work independently with a strong sense of initiative.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, and diverse environment.
  • Enjoys working with people and contributing to the success of the team.
