TEACHER - HOSPITALITY SERVICES [F&B]


Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Mentor students to develop their capabilities in hospitality services.
  • Inspire students to have confidence and advise them on their career path.
  • Design effective instructional materials to enhance students' learning.
  • Create conducive and industry-oriented learning environment to develop students' thinking and maximize their learning abilities.

Requirements:

Basic

  • Diploma/Degree holder in Hotel, Food & Beverage Operations, Culinary or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of restaurant managment experience.
  • Knowledge and skills in F&B operations especially restaurant management.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Advantageous

  • WSQ ACTA and/or DACE qualifications.
  • Teaching experience.
