Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth daily operations of clinic and putting in place an effective and efficient system to manage patients
  • Oversee the documentation of all procedures / processes and ensure that they are in line with MOH directives and requirements for all relevant licenses, as well as any Company's SOP.
  • Plan and manage overall staff roster, inventory levels, and upkeep of equipment, according to expected patient turnout, to ensure sufficient manpower, supplies and services for each day's operations.
  • Ensure that the clinic adheres to all internal controls and standard procedures.
  • Maintain a high standard of clinical and service quality and attend to customer feedback promptly.
  • Work closely with the operations team, respective medical Doctors, and team for matters of clinical standards and safety.
  • Ensure drug orders/ inventory and medical records, theatre supplies, and equipment maintenance are all in order.
  • Responsible for the management and maintenance of the facility premises and its contents.
  • Management of reporting subordinates; Nurses and Patient Service Officers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years in a healthcare clinic setting, with at least 2 years in a similar management capacity

Up to $4.5K

5.5days office hours
