Roles & Responsibilities

  • Position : Project Coordinator – Up to $4,000 – Ubi - Can drive lorry home
  • Location : Ubi
  • Working hours : 5.25 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 9.00AM to 6.00PM, Alternate Saturday: 9.00AM to 1.00PM
  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,000 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave + Lorry can be driven home
  • Duration : Permanent
  • Industry : Construction


Responsibilities:

  • Planning of manpower and materials deployment
  • Documenting projects or site works progress with daily photo reports
  • Purchasing of materials
  • Ferrying works to different sites
  • Supervising of workers
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned


Requirements:

  • Preferably with prior experience in construction industry
  • Must possess class 3 driving license to drive 10 footer lorry
  • Bilingual in English & Mandarin to liaise with chinese associates who can only speak mandarin
