Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit tender quotations in a timely and accurate manner.

• Collaborate with relevant departments to gather necessary information for tender submissions.

• Prepare comprehensive tender documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with specifications.

• Develop and maintain clear and comprehensive terms and conditions within contracts, covering scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms.

• Monitor market trends and propose adjustments to pricing when necessary.

• Conduct thorough analysis of factors influencing cost fluctuations and propose justifiable price increments when necessary, taking into account market conditions and project requirements.

• Track and manage employee attendance and overtime hours.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies regarding overtime.

• Manage the submission and processing of entry pass applications for employees

• Ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate.

• Maintain an organized and up-to-date database of entry pass holders.

• Oversee sourcing and purchasing activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.

• Plan and organize operational meetings to discuss strategies, challenges, and improvements.

• Document meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
