Roles & Responsibilities

Location: Jurong Island

Working hours: 8am to 5pm


RESPONSIBILITIES

· Monitor and study the site energy performances of equipment.

· Implement energy conservation measures.

· Conduct energy management audits.

· Plan and organize energy consumption improvement initiatives.

· Provide unit technical support when required for troubleshooting.

· Lead site Energy Management team and hold quarterly meetings.

· Develop capital improvement ideas and lead the process from defining scope, engineering design, construction and commissioning of the project.

· Lead & coordinate project development, execution, and construction with contractors.

· Drive process optimization and process development projects

· Other ad hoc duties assigned


REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering.

· Possess Singapore Certified Energy Manager certification is required

· Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing industry (Process/Equipment Optimization and Project Management)

· Experience with continuous improvement processes (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, 5S, etc.) will be advantageous

· Experience with ASPEN PIMS and project management

· Experience in Digital data collection/analytics tools, databases like OEE , Testify.
