Roles & Responsibilities

Company’s Profile:

One of the leading global Financial Providers providing insurance and investment planning and management services, they are now looking for vibrant and passionate individuals that are seeking a career path in the financial industry to join them to gain insights and have hands-on experience with guided mentorship to spearhead their career in this industry


Work location: CBD area

Working hours: Monday - Friday, flexible hours, 40 to 60 hours per month (Not required to work on weekends)

Salary: $15/hour


Job Responsibilities:

  • Brainstorming for productive ideas to showcase appreciation for the company’s clients during the various festive seasons.
  • Generate networking opportunities through business meetings for internal & external stakeholders by liaising with them.
  • Handle sensitive data by maintaining a systematic process & ensure all confidential documents are safeguarded securely.
  • Planning of company bonding events as well as replenishing office supplies.
  • Support the executive director by furnishing full secretarial support.

Requirements:

  • Graduated from local school Diploma/A Levels/University Degree
  • MUST be able to commit for minimally 1 month, convertible to full-time permanent role
