As a Junior Chef, you will support the kitchen team in food preparation, station management, and ensuring high-quality execution of dishes. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about cooking, eager to learn, and ready to develop their culinary skills in a professional setting.

Key ResponsibilitiesFood Preparation & Cooking
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of dishes according to recipes and quality standards.
  • Work across different kitchen stations as assigned by senior chefs.
  • Ensure food is cooked and presented consistently and in accordance with kitchen guidelines.
Kitchen Operations & Efficiency
  • Follow proper food handling and safety protocols at all times.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure efficiency during service.
  • Support kitchen workflow by preparing mise en place and assisting in service operations.
Quality Control & Inventory
  • Assist in checking and storing incoming food supplies.
  • Monitor ingredient freshness and quality, reporting any issues to senior chefs.
  • Minimize food wastage through proper portioning and storage.
Requirements
  • Some prior experience in a kitchen setting is preferred but not required.
  • Passion for cooking and a strong desire to learn.
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen operations, food handling, and hygiene standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take direction from senior chefs.
  • A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
