Roles & Responsibilities

The Policy and Systems Management team in Grants Division oversees the launch of new schemes from development of processes to implementation, and ongoing operations support. The team oversees the design, development and management of various grants administration systems to ensure efficient and effective grants operations.

  • Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to design workflow for administering grants to clients and/or ILTC service providers.
  • Act as the liaison between internal and external users, as well as IT partners, to develop detailed business requirements and review system specifications.
  • Develop test scenarios and coordinate system testing activities. Manage delivery timelines and change management efforts to support successful implementation.
  • Provide ongoing support on user reported incidents involving the grant management system from a design perspective to identify defects or processes to be enhanced.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure uninterrupted operations. Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Prepare status report for regular updates to management and key stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in IT, Operations or related fields preferred.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in IT systems/projects and involved in user requirement analysis, process and system design.
  • Strong self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good interpersonal skills to work across multiple stakeholders.
  • Able to handle ambiguity, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to details, and effective time management to meet project timeline.
  • Familiarity with grants administration processes is a plus.
