Roles & Responsibilities

Salary: Up to $4K (Depending on experience)


Job Scope:

  • Monitor recurrent infections among patients and implement strategies to reduce it
  • Ensure proper follow-up of STI results pool in NGEMR including patient follow-up, treatment and proper notification
  • Operationalize public health projects at DSC in liaison with Communicable Disease Agency (CDA) and MOH, including compliance with relevant regulatory requirements
  • Serve as public health officer in situations of STI outbreak such as Monkeypox infections, on behalf of MOH and CDA, including contact tracing and isolation procedures
  • Supervise associate sexual health advisors

Job Requirements

  • Min. Degree in any discipline or experience in relevant field
  • Counselling, social work, public health background will be an added advantage
