Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Azure Cloud solutions, providing guidance on best practices and implementation strategies.
  • Lead the design, build, and configuration of applications, ensuring high performance and scalability.
  • Oversee the entire application development lifecycle, from planning to deployment, ensuring successful project execution.
  • Make critical technical and team decisions, balancing business needs with technical feasibility.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams, influencing key architectural and strategic choices.
  • Manage and mentor the development team, fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Application Lead with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure PaaS.
  • Expertise in Azure cloud services, including deployment, management, and optimization.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at various levels.
  • Hands-on experience with application development, cloud architecture, and team management.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams, drive discussions, and implement solutions effectively.
