Location: Bukit Batok
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for arranging and coordinating daily office affairs, including document handling, filing, meeting arrangements, and office equipment management.
- Handle internal and external company documents, letters, and emails, ensuring they are processed and distributed on time. The secretary may also need to prepare documents and materials for meetings.
- Write, edit, and publish content on the company's public account and website. This may include writing articles, editing images and videos, updating website information, and more.
- Arrange the leader's schedule, including meeting arrangements, booking conference rooms, sending invitations, etc.
- Receive visiting clients, partners, and other visitors, and provide necessary support and assistance. This includes answering phone calls, registering visitors, providing information, etc.
- Handle various emergencies and urgent situations to ensure the normal operation of the office.
- Assist leaders and teams with various tasks, such as helping to write reports and prepare presentations.
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a secretary or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle a range of different tasks and work environments.
