Epicsoft Asia looking for Business Development, Marketing and Sales account positions (Executive). This role will be reporting to the Managing Director and working alongside with channel managers and exclusive talent profiles to push and amplify marketing efforts across social media platforms.


Job Description:

  • To own project leadership capabilities, entrepreneurial spirit and exhibit, proactiveness at work, exhibit qualities of perseverance and flexibility and the ever changing media space.
  • Work alongside Managing Director with project based activities which include new divisions - Account Management, PR Relations, Product Development, Offline workshops management, facilitate events and public speaking events.
  • Assist in driving new commercial related initiatives including driving social e-commerce functions, corporate branding and initiatives to drive additional revenue streams.
  • Launch 360 Marketing Campaigns on a Local, Regional, and Global level.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop brand strategies in relation to Influencers and YouTube Channels and to execute digital related activities to build advocacy for services in-market.
  • Work with key stakeholders across the company and external partners to guide strategy and execution.
  • Commercial role to drive revenue from projects related to brand development and social commerce.
  • Responsible to managing website e-commerce operation for SG market and to lead e-commerce activities and execute launches to achieve sales targets.
  • Measure and analyze activity with data-driven insights with strong understanding of performance metrics.
  • Implement all organic social engagement campaigns across social media channels (YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram).
  • Identify social content opportunities that drive customers, seller value branding.
  • Assist Business Development team with daily operations involving development of data-driven recommendations to drive branding for the company.
  • Engage in Project Management related initiatives including driving social e-commerce functions, corporate branding and initiatives to drive additional revenue streams.
  • To create branding decks and business proposals for various pitches to potential clients and collaborative projects.
  • Liaising and relationship building with internal and external stakeholders in the business development field.
  • To attend meetings, conferences and to engage in brainstorming and planning on all social media activations relevant to the company.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years experience in customer-facing roles leading and facilitating executive engagements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and independently.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Strong understanding of Data Analytics.
  • Ability to curate strong proposal decks.
  • Keen interest in supporting creators and supporting their growth, and social media
  • Possess a positive attitude, and open to receiving constructive criticisms to improve the quality of work
