Roles & Responsibilities

Boeckeler Instruments Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to be based in our office in Singapore. This role supports the VP Sales & Marketing.


Key responsibilities

· Collaborate with VP Sales & Marketing, and Regional Sales Managers, to organize internal events such as workshops, talks and training.

· Organize the company‘s participation in external events such as conferences and trade shows, including people, booth design, giveaways, accomodation, and shipping of equipment.

· Craft clear product marketing materials.

· Work closely with internal colleagues to redesign and standardize customer documents such as data sheets, user guides and videos.

· Be the contact point with external website maintenance team on required information updates.

· Work closely with VP Sales & Marketing on other customer related tasks.


Qualifications

· Proven work experience in similar role.

· Solid computer skills, including MS Office.

· Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM).

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a relevant field.

· Flexibility to travel is required

· Valid driver license

· Singaporean or PR preferred
