Key Responsibilities
  • Daily Operations: Ensure smooth operations and the maintenance of a safe and secure environment.
  • Resident Welfare: Provide care and supervision, ensuring residents' well-being and safety.
  • Programs & Activities: Plan and conduct daily programs to enrich residents' lives.
  • Care Planning: Develop individualized care plans and provide regular case updates.
  • Administrative Duties: Handle records, incident reporting, and emergency contingency plans.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with management to deliver flexible and responsive services.
