Roles & Responsibilities


  1. Recruitment and Management Recruitment of cleaners and supervisors.
    Ensuring discipline among cleaners and supervisors.
    Handling termination procedures for cleaners and supervisors.
    Developing and implementing manpower deployment and arrangement plans for various projects/sites.
  2. Customer Relations Liaising with customers or their representatives to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
    Managing customer complaints and providing timely resolutions.
  3. Operational Support Providing logistic support for the cleaning operations.
    Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operation of services.
    Ensuring the availability of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  4. Compliance and Quality Control Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
    Monitoring and maintaining the quality of cleaning services provided.
  5. Administrative Duties Preparing reports and documentation as required by management.
    Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial reports.
    Maintaining accurate records of staff attendance and performance.
  6. Contract Management Managing and fulfilling contract requirements as specified.
    Ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
  7. Miscellaneous Performing any other tasks as instructed by the management.
    Assisting in special projects and tasks as required.
