Job Responsibilities:Lead the division that has a direct accountability pertaining to facilitating risk management, compliance and audit coordination in the company.Support the Risk Management CommitteeRecommend and uphold frameworks, procedures and policies for risk managementManage the business units’ resolution of audit issues till closureManage the business units’ risk assessmentsManage secretarial-related duties for Risk Management CommitteeManage business units’ risk coordinators for risk management activitiesMaintain surveillance and monitoring of applicable regulations and risk from epidemicsEngage business units for policy alignment and reportingCompliance

Review the schedule, scope and report on compliance spot-checksAudit Coordination
