We're looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and revolutionizing the telecommunications landscape.
As an Enterprise New Business Development Manager, you will:
Drive Growth: Use your network and sales expertise to identify and secure new revenue opportunities.
Cultivate Relationships: Build and maintain strong, trusted connections with clients, ensuring outstanding service and satisfaction.
Manage Sales Pipelines: Continuously nurture a healthy pipeline of leads, driving campaigns to capitalize on opportunities.
Strategize Account Growth: Create actionable plans to expand key accounts and mitigate churn risks.
Lead Sales Processes: Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, using our proven methodology.
Engage Stakeholders: Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing tailored ICT solutions that meet their needs.
Exceed Targets: Meet and exceed quarterly revenue goals, leveraging our Satellite and Managed Services portfolio.
Leverage Social Media: Build your professional presence, collaborating with marketing to enhance campaigns.
What You Bring
Proven Sales Success: A track record of hitting or exceeding B2B sales targets, preferably in telecommunications.
Industry Expertise: Familiarity with key players like Vocus, Telstra, NTT, and Singtel.
Technical Know-How: Confidence in delivering complex solutions with the pre-sales team's support.
People Skills: Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities with stakeholders at all levels.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and other software to track and report sales performance. Education: A degree in Business Administration or a related field is desirable but not essential.
