Human Resource & Admin Assistant ( 5 day week – Jurong East/Pandan Loop) - Singaporeans only


Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.

• Prepare monthly payroll for supporting companies

• New employee onboarding process – prepare letter of appointment, conduct briefing

• Process work passes application (WP, SPass, EP), renewal, and cancellation.

• Prepare headcount working hours reports for billings & other admin duties or tasks as assigned

• Cover admin duties ( process claims, filing, update system records ) @Pandan Loop


Qualification Requirements

• GCE N Level

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel
