Roles & Responsibilities
  • Prioritize passenger safety by driving defensively, following traffic laws, and navigating routes efficiently using GPS or local knowledge.
  • Greet clients warmly, assist with luggage, and address any questions or concerns they may have throughout the ride.
  • Regularly check the limousine's fluid levels, tire pressure, and overall condition, reporting any issues to management.
  • Arrive at pick-up locations on time and adhere to scheduled appointments.
  • Utilize mapping applications to find the most efficient routes to destinations, considering traffic conditions.
  • Maintain a neat and polished appearance, adhering to company dress code standards.

Specific Tasks may include:

  • Monitoring passenger needs and adjusting the car environment accordingly (temperature, music)
  • Providing information about local attractions or points of interest when requested
  • Handling special requests or accommodations for passengers with disabilities
  • Maintaining a clean and well-maintained vehicle interior and exterior
  • Completing necessary paperwork and logging trip details
  • Communicating with dispatchers to confirm pick-up and drop-off locations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Valid class 3 & PDVL license
  • Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor
  • Strong geographical knowledge of the local area
  • Ability to navigate using GPS and mapping applications
  • Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including night shift and weekends
