Manufacturing Manager

This is a senior position responsible for overseeing the machine tool division and organizing the daily operations of the manufacturing plants. The selected candidate will ensure the plant runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely by managing employees, production, and overall efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 180 production staff to achieve production targets and quality standards.
- Manage, motivate, and develop the production team.
- Maintain positive relationships between management and workers.
- Create and implement a master plan for the Machine Tools Department.
- Oversee production activities according to the master plan.
- Control production costs and expenses, and maintain profit and loss statements.
- Ensure safety, productivity, good housekeeping, and the serviceability of all production machines and equipment across the plant.
- Monitor production quality, costs, and timely shipments to uphold a good reputation with customers.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements：
- Minimum degree in Engineering; a postgraduate degree is a plus.
- At least 10 years of experience, preferably in a machine tool environment or in manufacturing/production/assembly of heavy industrial machinery.
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with knowledge in manufacturing plant planning.
- Excellent leadership qualities, strong teamwork spirit, proactive attitude, and initiative.
- Qualifications in production techniques like 5S, Safety, and ISO 9001 are advantageous.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint。
- Resourceful and capable of working under tight deadlines.
- Proven experience in managing a production assembly team of 150 or more.
- Extensive experience in manufacturing and assembling heavy industrial machinery.
