Responsibilities:

  • System Support & Troubleshooting
  • Provide first-line support for business applications, and to work closely with vendor to resolve application issues.
  • Work with the IT team to diagnose, escalate, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.
  • Assist with system testing, updates, and patches to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Analyse business processes and recommend system enhancements for efficiency and automation.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements for system improvements and new features.
  • Support the implementation of new tools, applications, and integrations to streamline operations.

Requirement:·

  • At least diploma in Information Technology or Finance related field.
  • Experience in application support, business analysis, or a similar role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Ability to work closely with the vendor and IT team to resolve system-related issues.
  • Experience working in or with a bank, or familiar with derivative products, like FX, Futures and CFD, is an added advantage.

Knowledge on technical concepts like caching, connection pooling, threading, transaction management, etc
