Job Summary:

We are seeking an ambitious and strategic Social Media Manager with a deep understanding of the beauty salon industry to spearhead our expansion efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities, opening new salon locations, and ensuring a smooth transition into new markets.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Building a strong online community by interacting with followers, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
  2. Conduct competitor analysis to understand what other beauty salons are doing on social media and identify opportunities for differentiation.
  3. Collaborate with the beauty salon's team to brainstorm and create unique content ideas
  4. Explore influencer partnerships or collaborations to expand the reach and engagement of your content.
  5. Monitor social media trends in the beauty industry and adapt your content strategy accordingly.
  6. Experiment with paid advertising campaigns to increase brand visibility and reach new potential customers.
  7. Utilize social media management tools to streamline your workflow and schedule posts in advance.
  8. Stay updated with the latest social media trends and algorithm changes to ensure your strategies remain effective.
  9. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to social media, providing regular reports on metrics.
