1. Assistant Manager

Job Description:

  • Assist the Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing daily operations of restaurants, bars, and dining areas.
  • Supervise and train service staff to ensure high-quality customer service.
  • Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
  • Plan schedules and delegate tasks to optimize team performance.
  • Monitor compliance with food safety standards and company policies.
  • Analyze sales data to support financial targets and improve profitability.
  • Assist with events, promotions, and menu planning.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in food & beverage operations (minimum 2-3 years).
  • Leadership skills with experience in supervising a team.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Diploma or relevant certification in hospitality/management preferred.
2. Barista (Full Time / Part Time)

Job Description:

  • Prepare and serve coffee, teas, and other specialty beverages to customer specifications.
  • Operate coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment effectively.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring an inviting environment for guests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including proper hygiene and sanitation.
  • Manage inventory, restock supplies, and keep track of expiry dates.
  • Upsell food items, pastries, and specialty drinks to maximize sales.
  • Handle cash transactions and POS systems efficiently.

Job Requirements:

  • Previous barista experience or knowledge of coffee-making techniques is preferred.
  • Passion for coffee and willingness to learn new brewing methods.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
3. Service Crew (Full Time / Part Time)

Job Description:

  • Greet customers, take orders accurately, and serve food/beverages promptly.
  • Provide recommendations on menu items and handle inquiries.
  • Ensure tables are clean, sanitized, and set up before and after customers.
  • Assist in the kitchen and bar area when required, including light preparation.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and handle POS systems.
  • Maintain cleanliness of dining and work areas to comply with hygiene standards.
  • Support the team during peak hours to ensure smooth service.

Job Requirements:

  • Prior experience in F&B service or customer-facing roles is a plus.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to stand for long hours and handle physical tasks.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
4. Dishwasher

Job Description:

  • Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, ensuring it meets hygiene standards.
  • Operate dishwashing machines and monitor cleaning supplies.
  • Assist with waste disposal and recycling duties in the kitchen.
  • Support kitchen staff with light cleaning tasks or organizing supplies.
  • Monitor equipment for any issues and report to supervisors.

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
  • Team player with good time management skills.
  • No formal education is required, but prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
