Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • The FM Executive act as the key front line of an IFM Contract in responding and attending to each Site and Employer Representatives, to ensure that the Works and Services under the Contract are rendered and performed professionally, effectively, and efficiently.
  • The FM Executive shall assist the Senior FM and FM as the Site supervisors and assist the IFM Core Team in all site measurement and records, uploading of field data to centralised computer system and managing of IFM vendors.

Requirements

  • The candidate shall possess a Diploma in Building or Facilities Management or relevant disciplines from a recognised establishment (with M&E background preferable) and a minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
