Sales & Business Development Manager

What will you be doing?
- Develop and lead the overall planning and execution of driving small and medium enterprises (SMEs) business loan acquisitions for the company.
- Acquire new business accounts through telesales, participating in networking events and partnering with external stakeholders.
- Establish good working relationships with both existing and prospective customers, brokers and partners.
- Develop and deliver marketing campaign initiatives, including content creation to drive brand awareness and user acquisition.
- Monitor and measure marketing performance to ensure a healthy pipeline of leads and successful conversions.
What are we looking for?
- Demonstrated experience of at least 2 years as a sales or marketing representative, with a proven ability of consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Result oriented and highly adaptable, able to work under pressure independently and with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment.
- Strong business acumen and industry knowledge within the financial services domain and an understanding of social media marketing tools and trends.
