Assessment & Insights Intern

Working hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 8.30am to 5.30pm (Friday)
Allowance: $800 (Please be aware that the internship will entail CPF contribution)
As an intern, you will provide support to the Assessment & Insights team, assisting in various tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of certification products and business operations for IHRP. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities
Certification Assessment and Question Bank Support
- Track revisions to assessment question bank on platforms and offline copies.
- Assist in creating and revising assessment forms for relevant levels/groups.
- Aid in maintaining proctoring settings for competency assessments.
- Support in maintaining assessment satisfaction survey and reporting satisfaction rates.
- Assist in ensuring timely release of assessment outcomes.
- Help maintain and track content changes on preparatory platforms.
- Support data extraction for insights on candidate performance.
Data Entry and Operations Support
- Assist in data collection, compilation, and maintenance from various sources.
- Support in cleaning, validating, and organizing data for analysis.
- Aid in report development and generation.
- Assist in creating visually compelling charts, graphs, and dashboards.
Project Management Support
- Assist in projects related to certification assessments, preparatory content, and research and insights.
Research and Report Writing Support
- Participate in research study design and methodologies.
- Support in conducting qualitative and quantitative research.
- Assist in data analysis to identify trends and patterns.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of research data.
Requirements
Education and Experience
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or diploma in any subject.
- Candidates with relevant coursework or experience preferred.
Skills
- Basic proficiency in Excel for data cleaning and visualization tasks.
- Familiarity with programming tools and languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.

- Good communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
