Job Description:

As an AI Agent intern at Jeffery Adventure, you will assist in the implementation and optimization of solutions that help small and medium-sized enterprises in specific industries streamline their business operations and improve efficiency through the use of AI Agent. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, dissect specific business processes using AI Agents and break them down into workflows, skillfully applying large AI models and managing prompts. You will be deeply involved in the most cutting-edge AI application scenarios, and continue to provide problem solving and optimization solutions. In the process of applying AI to solve problems, you can also use AI constantly combing and improving work efficiency and constantly iterating.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and opportunities for AI Agent.
  • Learn and deploy AI-powered agents to automate tasks, improve decision-making processes, and enhance user experiences.
  • Implement natural language processing (NLP) , Retrieval-augmented Generation (RAG) and machine learning algorithms to enable intelligent interactions and recommendations.
  • Design and develop text prompt and manage optimizations effectively.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate AI agent performance, iterating and improving models as needed.
  • Integrate AI agents with existing systems and platforms to enable seamless data exchange and interoperability.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on AI best practices to internal teams and clients.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in AI, contributing to the company's innovation roadmap.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in developing AI-powered solutions, with expertise in machine learning, natural language processing, and AI algorithms.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving technologies and learn new concepts quickly.
