Job Description:


Provide service and support to end users and sub-contractors, including on-site support, and/or remote support

Assist Senior Engineer with creating technical documentation; participate in design and improvement process

Understand schematic design and construction drawings to produce AV construction drawings.

Configure, install, troubleshoot, and maintain audio-visual systems and digital signage systems for customers

Conduct testing and commissioning, and perform factory and site acceptance tests for systems, product features, and functions

Provide training sessions to clients, and occasionally attend trade shows and product training seminars

Assist in after-sales services.

Good written, communication, interpersonal, liaison, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced multi-cultural environment.

Other duties as assigned

Requirements


Diploma or equivalent in Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics

Minimum 5 years of experience in System configuration, Testing, and commissioning for Audio Visual solutions.

Experience in products like Videowall, LED & LCD Display, Digital Sound Processor (DSP), Amplifier, Speaker, videoconferencing, Audio Visual Switches.

Experience in AV brands like Samsung, LG, Crestron, Extron, Poly, Cisco, and Logitech...

Knowledge of network cabling.
