Healthcare Call Centre Associate

Responsibilities:
- Respond to patient phone call queries
- Verifying and updating patient information
- Liaise with healthcare professionals as needed
- Scheduling appointments for patients
- Handle code blue as per SOP
Requirements:
- Min Nitec or Diploma in any field of study
- Keen interest in the healthcare/ medical industry
- Minimal work experience in call centre setting
- Able to work 2 or 3 shift roster preferred (office hours during training period)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
