Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with channel partners.
  • Identify and recruit new channel partners to expand market presence and drive sales growth.
  • Provide comprehensive training and support to channel partners, ensuring they are well-versed in our products and services.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Monitor channel partners’ performance and provide regular feedback and reports to management.
  • Address and resolve any issues or conflicts with channel partners promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in channel sales or account management, preferably within [industry/sector].
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and clients.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
