Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled SharePoint Developer to design, develop, and maintain SharePoint-based solutions. The ideal candidate should have expertise in SharePoint Online, SharePoint On-Premise, Power Platform, and .NET technologies. You will be responsible for creating custom workflows, web parts, and integrations to enhance collaboration and productivity within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:1. SharePoint Development & Customization
  • Design and develop SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and web parts.
  • Customize SharePoint solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, SPFx (SharePoint Framework), JavaScript, React, and .NET.
  • Develop and maintain SharePoint add-ins, extensions, and APIs.
2. System Integration & Automation
  • Integrate SharePoint with third-party applications, Microsoft 365, Azure, and SQL databases.
  • Automate business processes using Power Automate (Flow), InfoPath, and Nintex workflows.
3. Performance & Security Optimization
  • Ensure SharePoint solutions are secure, scalable, and optimized for performance.
  • Implement role-based access control (RBAC) and data governance policies.
4. Troubleshooting & Maintenance
  • Provide technical support for SharePoint issues and system performance tuning.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions to resolve technical challenges.
5. Collaboration & Documentation
  • Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and IT teams to gather requirements.
  • Document technical solutions, workflows, and best practices.
Requirements:Technical Skills & Experience:
  • 2-7 years of experience in SharePoint development (SharePoint Online & On-Premise).
  • Expertise in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft 365 development.
  • Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
  • Experience with SQL Server, SharePoint REST API, and Graph API.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Power BI, and integration with other Microsoft services is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint migration tools (ShareGate, Metalogix, etc.) is advantageous.
Soft Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Education & Certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Microsoft SharePoint certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer, SharePoint Specialist) are a plus.
