Job Summary:

We are seeking a Service Crew/Supervisor to lead and oversee daily operations at our Baker's Brew kiosks and Plain Meredith café. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong customer service skills, ensuring smooth store operations, maintaining high service standards, and managing the service crew effectively.

Key Responsibilities:1. Customer Service & Sales Management
  • Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Handle customer escalations and resolve issues professionally.
  • Guide and train the service crew in upselling techniques and product knowledge.
  • Ensure efficient order-taking and cashiering processes using the POS system.
2. Store Operations & Inventory Management
  • Oversee daily store opening and closing procedures.
  • Maintain inventory levels, monitor stock usage, and coordinate with the kitchen team for replenishment.
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are upheld.
  • Supervise and support food and beverage preparation where necessary.
3. Staff Leadership & Training
  • Supervise the service crew to ensure smooth operations during shifts.
  • Conduct on-the-job training for new hires and refresher sessions for existing staff.
  • Prepare weekly staff rosters and manage manpower planning.
  • Motivate and maintain team morale in a fast-paced environment.
4. Sales & Business Growth
  • Work closely with the management team to drive sales through promotions and customer engagement.
  • Gather customer feedback to improve products and service experience.
  • Support marketing campaigns and in-store events.
Job Requirements:
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in F&B or retail, with supervisory experience preferred.

  • Willingness to work on rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
