Human Resource Manager

Responsibilities:
1. Partner with Business Units under the incumbent's care to deliver end to end recruitment services via different channels from sourcing, interviewing to extending offer and the subsequent suitability & job fit assessment of the new joiners for the roles, facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation.
2. Perform employees' exit in according to Bank's off-boarding procedures.
3. Overall employee management matters for the department under the incumbent's care with the aim to enhance employer-employee relations, including but not limited to staff assessment during the probationary period and confirmation, internal secondment/transfer, misconduct investigation and enforcement of disciplinary action(s), dispute resolution, employees communication.
4. Ensure daily HR operational tasks (e.g. work pass related matters, statutory manpower surveys, registration & cessation of appointment status of employees under the Representative Notification Framework (RNF), appointment and cessation submission under MAS 753) are performed in compliance with the applicable rules and regulations by MOM, MAS and Head Office.
5. Assisting in office administration, archive management, office procurement, and maintenance of HR related system.
6. Involvement in ad-hoc projects/duties as and when assigned by HR Management.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree holder and above, with at least 3 years of HR generalist experience
2. Knowledge of labour laws and employment regulations (e.g. Employment Act and Employment of Foreign Manpower Act), MAS Notices / Guidelines and industry best practices are highly preferred.
3. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint; excellent written and communication skills to communicate with staff at different levels.
4. Data analysis skills to interpret HR metrics and inform decision-making.
5. A team player with positive work attitude, willingness to learn and strong compliance awareness who can work independently with minimal supervision and is able to meet tight deadlines.
