About the Role
As an Accounting Manager, you will manage clients' accounting work, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and delivering high-quality advisory support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong technical expertise and a client-focused mindset.

Job Description

  • Prepare and/or review full set of accounts and present customized financial reports with the aid of accounting software.
  • Prepare statutory accounts, in compliance with the relevant Financial Reporting Standards (Singapore)
  • Prepare Singapore financial statement and convert them into XBRL format.
  • Receive and process all invoices and prepare cheques for payments, handle daily disbursements promptly.
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual management financial reports and service tax returns for clients.
  • Accounts payable processing involving payment of vendor invoices and employee expense claims, issuing payment vouchers and preparing or remitting funds by telegraphic transfer.
  • Draft replies to clients and their auditors and tax agents on accounting matters and queries.
  • Processing client billings and monitoring collections.
  • Ensure prompt Billings of work done. Monitor time incurred and strive to work efficiently and productively, within the budgets set for each job.
  • Perform assigned work / tasks at clients' office
  • Any ad-hoc task or work as assigned by supervisor and/or management team.

Requirements

  • Diploma, Degree in Accounting or other related fields.
  • 5 to 8 years of relevant experience is an added advantage.
  • Experience in the accounting function, shared services or outsourcing services providers.
  • Good knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards, relevant tax and audit rules, procedures and guidelines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
  • Good command of English Language, both written and verbal.
