Roles & Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILTIES:


  • Provide essential administrative and organizational support to the capital raising team
  • Assist in various aspects of the capital raising process, including but not limited to :

- researching potential investors

- preparing presentations

- maintaining databases

- coordinating meetings

- analyzing returns and cashflows on potential investments

- ensuring smooth communication within the team and with external parties

  • Ad hoc duties such as preparing reports in Japanese to shareholders, assist in corporate communications and assistance in other special projects
  • Take in charge of day to day communications with shareholders and investors, predominantly in Japanese when necessary, working closely with the capital markets team

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum Degree
  • At least 2 years of working experience
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Powerpoint and Excel)
  • Highly motivated, strong work ethics, team player and able to work under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with large, culturally diverse teams at all levels
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Japanese are required as our key stakeholders are Japanese investors; including a demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and confidently with good presentation skills in one-on-one settings or to larger groups
