Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven marketing manager with a proven track record in account management for a public relations (PR), marcomms or advertising agency environment to lead an internal corporate team. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in developing and executing successful PR and marketing campaigns, along with the ability to effectively manage client relationships. The marketing manager will play a key role in driving the company's marketing initiatives, ensuring brand visibility, and servicing brand and quality control across the company.


Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Development, Strategic Planning and Execution

  • Develop and execute original campaigns to extend the company’s brand to its target B2B audience.
  • Increase online presence through effective management of the company’s website and social media platforms.
  • Create effective PR opportunities around the company brand values and thought leadership.

2. Content Management and Quality Control

  • Manage a team of creative writers and designers to ensure consistency in messaging and brand representation across all company products and marketing materials.
  • Manage internal franchisee relationships and expectations, and deliver projects on agreed timelines.

3. Event Planning and Management

  • Track and plan for company participation, sponsorship and speaking engagements at industry events.
  • Prepare all branding and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate with event staff to maximise company presence and identify opportunities.

4. Agency Relationship Management

  • Serve as the main liaison between the company and marketing agencies, fostering strong working relationships.
  • Communicate project briefs, expectations, and feedback to agencies, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.

6. Contact Management

  • Manage database of company contacts and distribution lists.
  • Support business development staff for company growth.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Three to five years of experience in PR, advertising of marketing, with a focus on B2B.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels and tools.
  • Ability to work remotely but proactively and manage a virtual team.
  • Preferable for the applicant to be located in Asia Pacific.
