Roles & Responsibilities

Job description

  1. Attend to day-to-day IT and administrative operational issues (such as troubleshooting of PC/laptop, network, printers, and application related).
  2. Manage and maintain office and workshop leasing contract and IT appliances.
  3. Consolidates, communicates and ensures resolutions of all operational & IT issue.
  4. Provide support and assist in SAP, Warehouse Management System.
  5. Perform any IT related duties assigned.
  6. Maintain and manage condo and office utilities and electric appliances.
  7. Any other ad-hoc admin duty assigned.

Requirement

  • GCE 'O' / Diploma/ Degree in Business studies, IT or related courses.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledgeable in Fortinet Firewall, VPN, WMD, SAP, IT related.
  • Independent and proactive with good problem solving skills.
  • Proficient in English and Chinese (to liaise with HQ, China colleague).
