Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Provide application and business analyst consulting services
  • Identify solutions through understanding clients’ needs, researching and advising on options available in our products
  • Deliver product training to clients’ users
  • Scope and develop Functional specifications for customizations that are required to meet client’s exact requirements
  • Ensure client customization work is tested, meets quality assurances and user acceptance sign-off is received
  • Ensure project management documentation is updated
  • Communicate with customers in a timely and professional manner and escalate client issues promptly
  • Enhance application knowledge by attending formal training and in-house programs
  • Provide training to staff supervised to ensure that they have the appropriate skills and knowledge
  • Conduct project reviews and ongoing project management for assigned implementations
  • Follow Company’s Project Implementation Methodology and comply with PDPA policies/guidelines
  • Ensure clients are aware of Professional Services charges for all tasks through project documentation and guidelines
  • Contribute to ongoing development of implementation methodologies and associated documentation
  • Install and implement Software at client sites
  • Assist clients with software faults/bugs
  • Help Desk support and QA when required
  • Handle Client issues
  • Pre-sales support e.g. Product demonstrations
  • Charge clients for services provided
  • Travel to assist on projects
  • Promote a positive, proactive and professional work ethic to customers, management and staff.
  • Maintain accurate and timely accountability for time spent on projects
  • Undertake special projects and other duties as assigned

Requirements


• Technically Proficient in MS SQL database

• Product Knowledge Certification

• Business Communication Skills

• Clear and timely communication of project progress and critical paths

• Ability to communicate ideas and information clearly and logically in both verbal and written forms

• Domain and industry knowledge in areas (such as Education, Human Capital and Clubs) assigned

• Project Management in relation to managing timelines, resources and expectations

• Manage project scope within contract and expectations

• Project deliverables are delivered timely and manage quality

• Manage project costs

• Manage project team

• Manage project timeline

• Conceptualization skills in understanding of requirements, identifying issues, business scoping and providing solutions

• Select new technology models for business

• Implement new technologies for business

• Assess and select software and hardware tools

• Validate quality and completeness of technical detailed design

• Design common application infrastructure components

• Design software applications

• Develop system migration strategies

• Solve software design problems using patterns

• Determine business expectations and needs

• To understand and adhere to the company policies and procedures regarding information security management, Personal data protection and data confidentiality

• Perform the role assigned, if applicable, in managing information security and data protection.
