Roles & Responsibilities

Job Highlights

  • Salary: $3450 per month
  • Contract: 11 months
  • Working Location: Nearest to Labrador Park MRT
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office hours


Job Descriptions

  • Coordinate user research activities to gather feedback on new enhancement for the platform (E.g. create feedback questionnaires and coordinating interviews).
  • Support in the continual user story refinement for accurate and up-to-date requirement documentations.
  • Support innovation platform development process and operations such as UAT, Live Verification etc.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting support to users encountering issues with the digital platform.
  • Manage the onboarding of new solutions onto the innovation marketplace.
  • Manage and collate of statistics and reporting on reporting and project progress.
  • Manage documentation of operational processes and procedures related to the digital platform.


Job Requirements

  • Only Singaporean need to apply
  • Degree in any field.
  • Strong administrative, project coordination and communication skill.
  • Keen interest in the digital and technologies field.
