SingTech Offshore is a newly established JV company to provide integrated offshore vessel solutions including different type of offshore construction vessels, ship management, international crewing, marine assurance, engineering support and contract management. The JV partners have been in the offshore oil & gas and renewable industry for over 20 years.


The Role

The General Manager oversees the day-to-day operations at SingTech Offshore Pte. Ltd. and is responsible for the overall performance of the company.


The General Manger is based in Singapore and is expected to travel outside Singapore for business development and project execution as determined by the needs of the business.


This role reports to the Board of Directors of SingTech Offshore.


Duties and Responsibilities

· Establishing Company’s strategies and annual KPI together with the Directors.

· Implementing and reinforcing Company’s core values in daily operations.

· Overseeing staff recruitment, training and development.

· Motivating and guiding employees across all levels.

· Establishing Company’s HSE policies and quality management system.

· Preparing standard procedure documents for daily operations.

· Marketing Company’s services aggressively and effectively.

· Building and maintaining good customer relationships.

· Preparing technical and commercial proposals.

· Managing projects to ensure safe and smooth execution.

· Monitoring accounting activities to ensure a heathy cashflow.

· Continuously improving Company’s financial performance.


Key Competencies

· Minimum bachelor’s degree.

· Minimum 15 years of work experience in the offshore industry including minimum 5 years of management experience.

· Familiar with offshore support and construction vessels.

· Basic knowledge of accounts and finance.

· Demonstrated leadership.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Must be a team player and able to work independently.
