We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Vice President, New Business & Underwriting Subject Matter Expert.

Principal Responsibilities
  • Participate in new products and enhancement projects, end to end systems migration projects and data migration reconciliation and testing
  • Participate in meetings and prioritization discussion
  • Create and review detailed documentation including business requirements, user stories, changes request etc. To coordinate document signoff for the projects timely
  • Collaborate with technology teams to design solutions that meet business needs and participate in IT solutions walkthrough
  • Create and review test plans and test scripts to ensure system meets the needs and expectations
  • Participate in user acceptance testing and validation of implemented solutions. Ensure that delivered solutions meet the specified requirements and are of high quality
  • Create, update and review Standard Operating procedures to enable users carrying out their routine processes efficiently
  • Provide training and support users in using new or enhanced applications/workflow
  • Assist users to troubleshoot and resolving production system errors
  • Assist in data extraction, report analysis and any other tasks assigned
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or business Studies, or a related field
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, process modelling, and documentation
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and software development lifecycle
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
