We are a growing recruitment firm and am seeking a finance and investment recruitment consultant to support us in growing the business and our clients’ business together. We have been a trusted recruitment business partner and hence in a good position to grow strength to strength due to our successful deliverables. You will be mainly responsible for recruitment for mid to senior levels in the finance & investment function, particularly in the real estate industry. The clients that we work with are primarily Private Equity Real Estate Funds, REITs, Real Estate Developers, Family Offices and Insurance and Pension Funds etc.


You will be delivering a highly professional business consultancy service in a complex environment - both with clients and candidates. You will be identifying talents, recruiting candidates to support continued business productivity, receiving and understanding job requests from clients and reaching out to a number of suitable applicants. You will be interviewing candidates that mesh with the clients' company culture; identify candidates' hard skills, soft skills and potentials as well as networking with industry professionals.


Requirements:


You are degree qualified from a reputable education institute with about 5 to 8 years’ recruitment experience and like to take your recruitment career to the next step where you are running your own desk/business with greater accountability and P/L responsibilities. You can take control and ownership of your own desk and work.


You possess a sense of urgency and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be rewarded well in relative to the successful outcomes unlike a typical recruitment firm. You communicate well and comes with excellent interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders of different nationalities.


You have excellent commercial acumen and has a good network.
