Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise technicians and manage contractors for refinery maintenance.
  • Ensure timely preventive maintenance, monitor equipment performance, and analyze failures for improvement.
  • Develop work plans, oversee contractor selection, and maintain equipment records.
  • Lead safety training and risk assessments. Participate in project reviews for maintenance considerations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree
  • At least 2 years of experience
  • Experience in Oil & Gas / EPC industry
